This attractive looking electric barometer not only provides you with a weather forecast but also displays the time and the temperature, both indoors and outdoors. It can also project time and temperature information onto your ceiling or your wall so that you can read the information in the dark should you need to. It tracks time via radio signals emitted by the U.S. Atomic Clock and has a wireless sensor that allows you to read the temperature outdoors without having to go outside. It has a glossy, contemporary finish that will sit well with most modern decors, whether it is sitting on your desk or on your nightstand. Customers thought it was a great product, although one thought it was difficult to use.

2. The Weems &Plath Electronic Marine Barometer is available on Amazon for $159.00. This electric barometer has been developed specifically for maritime purposes. The instrument’s large display shows current pressure and it also displays historical information on a much broader scale than do the majority of electronic barometers, and can show an expanded history of any pressure changes that occurred over the last 48 hours. It can detect pressure changes with an accuracy of +/- 0.5hPa, and also features an alarm that is triggered by sudden pressure changes, a system to warn of impending gales, and a continuous readout displaying both time and temperature. It can be left free standing or mounted on the bulkhead, and it has backlighting for use when it is dark.  It measures 7.5 inches high x 7.5 inches wide x 1.25 inches deep, weighs 12 oz, and uses 2 LR03 batteries that will last one year, on average. Batteries have to be bought separately.
