There is a range of glass barometers to choose from, at a range of prices, so it would be a good idea to spend a while researching the merits of those that are available before making any decisions to buy. It works on the same simple principles as the other barometers I’ve described. It also has a teardrop-shaped glass water container with a spout. This container is affixed to a narrow metal plaque that is topped with a Fleur-de-lis design and has a scallop-shaped drip tray under the glass. It also comes complete with installation instructions.
